PPT/504 Meetings
The advocate will accompany the parent(s) to PPT/504 meetings.
✔ At the meeting the advocate will assist parents in:
- Clearly communicating their concerns.
- Responding to school/district personnel
✔ After the meeting assists with:
- Documenting the meeting
- Monitoring district implementation
- Following up when necessary
✔ In between meetings the advocate is available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise.
